We have numerous fabrics to chose from but we want to make it easy for you. In basic terms we use heavy duty, flame retardant vinyls for commercial jobs. For our residential customers, we use an acrylic fabric that is mold and mildew resistant. This acrylic fabric is water repellent and color fast. Major discoloration is not a problem. This fabric holds up to the harsh sun, so pick a color you really like. It will last for a long time. Typically, retractable awning covers last around 13 years!
